AthleOS was built by a lacrosse family in the middle of the recruiting process themselves — staring at the same questions every family hits: What level can he actually play at? Which of these 400+ programs should even be on the list? What are we supposed to be doing this month? The tools on offer were either spreadsheets that died by October or services that charged thousands to blast coaches with mass emails.

So we built the thing we couldn't find: a process tool, an honest coach, and an accountability partner in one place.The player drives — coaches insist on that, and so do we. AthleOS makes sure the driver always knows where they stand, what's next, and what's still owed to whom.

The player drives.Every email comes from the athlete. Parents get visibility — the plan, the progress, what's actually been sent — without grabbing the wheel, so dinner doesn't turn into a status meeting.

What's under the hood

AthleOS maintains deep, sourced research on all 416 four-year men's college lacrosse programs— D1, D2, D3, and NAIA: rosters and how they're built, coaching staffs, how each program recruits, academics and real cost data, season results, and recruiting geography. Our evaluation engine compares your stats, academics, and timeline against each program's actual level, and our AI coach turns all of it into a plan with this week's next steps.

We take data integrity seriously: program facts are sourced from the schools and public records, and our AI is grounded in that verified data — it never invents coaches, rosters, or results.
